Gluten free baking is a world of its own. As a young kid, I was always afraid of accidentally eating gluten, because my celiac reaction is so severe. As I began learning and experimenting with gluten free baking, I also learned how much I love sharing my creations with friends and family. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and exciting online bakery for everyone and anyone to enjoy the baked goods that they love.
Important allergen notice: As someone with severe celiac disease, I am extremely aware of cross contamination in my kitchen. When baking for orders, I use kitchen utensils and materials that are 100% dedicated to use for gluten free food. However, please note that I do not have access to a 100% gluten free kitchen. This means that gluten-containing items are present or prepared in the kitchen (though not during the time that the kitchen is used for baking).
